Lady Bug and I had a play date this afternoon. While at her friend’s house I saw something extremely clever. Every wooden puzzle had a small piece of Velcro on each piece and it’s corresponding hole.

I thought this was shear genius! I love that Lady Bug could pick up the puzzle and move it to a different area without all if the pieces falling out. This also allows for vertical storage of the puzzles so she can flip through a few to find the one she wants like on a bookcase.

I live this idea soo much that I’m going to stop off at the craft store tomorrow and pick up some Velcro for our puzzles.
