Now I understand that our auto industry needs for us to start purchasing new cars.  I get that loud and clear.  What I don’t get is the cash for clunkers deal.  Our government is putting even more money into this pet project and my question is where did this money come from?  Who’s going to pay it back?  How does everyone think they’re going to keep paying for their new cars if the economy doesn’t turn around pretty soon?

There are still lots of people just hanging on to their jobs by a thread, never quite knowing when the ax is going to fall on them.  I’m confused by everything that’s going on right now.  I’m just trying to keep my head above water while I take care of my daughter.
